Delivery

We aim to dispatch items that are in stock as soon as payment is received in full (usually within 24-48hrs). Orders are delivered by either Royal Mail, DPD or DHL.

 

Delivery to mainland UK:

Standard delivery: £2.95

Free delivery for all orders over £30.00

Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. (These times are ESTIMATES and cannot be guaranteed).

Our products are usually in stock, but if for any reason the product is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

International delivery

Overseas and Non-Mainland UK, postage is charged at cost. Contact us using one of the methods displayed on the 'Contact us' page for a quotation and confirmation of the method of postage.

 

Packaging

Our products are shipped in suitable packaging to avoid damaging the product while in transit.

 

RETURNS

We are confident that you will be delighted with our products. However, in the event you are not, they can be returned to us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of a product. We strongly suggest that you obtain evidence of posting as we cannot take responsibility for any returns that have been lost or damaged in transit.

  • If your order has been damaged or is incorrect, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt either by phone or by e-mail, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use

  • CD, DVD and software that has been opened.

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after five working days, please contact us at post@dysgugydasam.co.uk.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at post@dysgugydasam.co.uk and send your item to Dysgu gyda Sam, 2 Tai Hirion, Pentraeth, Ynys Môn, LL75 8YY.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed.

 

Shipping

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to Dysgu gyda Sam, 2 Tai Hirion, Pentraeth, Ynys Môn, LL75 8YY.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • We strongly suggest that you obtain evidence of shipping as we cannot take responsibility for any returns that have been lost or damaged in transit. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
